Flooring Systems for Balconies

Tired looking existing balconies with bitumen, felt or cracked and worn tiling can be transformed without the need for special preparations or even removal of the existing slabs/tiles.

The Levato system can simply be installed directly over the existing surface, regardless of its construction. Gullies and drains can be hidden away beneath the paving and easily accessed again at any time by simply lifting the appropriate paver.

All the paving is gravity fit; no fixings or adhesives are required, therefore waterproof membranes will not be compromised in any way.

For new build balconies, the Levato system enables installation over single ply membranes, GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic/fibreglass) or any other waterproof membrane. The system ensures that the fabric of the building and waterproofing is able to expand and contract unhindered, whilst the floor space remains completely stable.
